Rod Ray is the Principle of Canyon Mountain Consulting.  Rod recently retired as the CEO of Bend  Research Inc., a technology development and commercialization company in Bend, Oregon—founded in 1975.

The Canyon Mountain Consulting Practice focuses on Leadership, Strategy and Strategic Planning, and the “Business of Science.”  The Practice includes courses in Leadership, Strategic Planning, Leading Through Change and Operational Excellence.  These subjects can be tailored to the specific needs of a particular organization or individual.  Enterprise business and business of science consulting is also available, as is personal coaching.  Finally, a significant amount of Canyon Mountain Consulting Resource is focused on public-sector and  non-profit consulting—including invited lectures to all levels of education, professional meetings, and public forums.
